Cityline Automotive was founded on a simple, slightly stubborn idea: that an auto shop can be genuinely honest and still be a good business. Thirty-plus years of combined experience, OEM-quality parts, and a warranty twice the industry standard.
Two friends, both passionate about automotive work, both having spent years inside an industry where the bad practices were an open secret. Unnecessary repairs. Parts marked up beyond recognition. Estimates written to be impossible to question. Customers — often people who couldn’t afford it — leaving having paid for work that never needed doing.
Cityline Automotive exists because they decided to stop complaining about it and build the alternative. The whole operating principle is embarrassingly simple: tell people the truth, do the work properly, use the right part, and stand behind it long enough that the promise actually means something.
Today the shop sits on Regency Drive in Wylie, serving our neighbors here and drivers across Collin County. The team carries over 30 years of combined experience across everything from preventive maintenance to serious mechanical failures — and the person who answers the phone still works in the building.

Cityline is a family business in the literal sense — two founding partners and the families who backed them through the decision to go out on their own. When we say we treat your car the way we’d treat a relative’s, it’s not a slogan we workshopped.
