No mystery invoices, no line items you can’t question, no repair that happens without your approval. Here’s exactly how we handle money.
Auto repair has a trust problem, and most of it lives in the estimate. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
You see parts, labor and the total before any work begins. If something changes mid-repair, you hear about it first and approve it before we continue.
We charge for diagnostic time because that’s the work that keeps you from buying parts you didn’t need. Free code scans read a number; diagnosis finds the cause.
Findings are prioritized: what’s unsafe, what’s due soon, and what can wait. You decide what happens today.
Nobody here is working a quota. If your brakes have 6mm of pad left, we’ll tell you that you have time.
Better than dealership quality at a fraction of the price — with double the warranty behind it.
Every visit includes a complimentary multipoint inspection, whether or not you have the work done here.
A Cityline estimate separates three things that most shops blur together: what has to be done for the vehicle to be safe, what’s approaching the end of its service life, and what we simply noticed and want you to know about.

Because diagnosis is the work. Pulling a code takes thirty seconds; determining which component actually failed takes testing, tooling and experience. Paying for that once is far cheaper than paying for parts that didn’t need replacing.
We’ll look at it with you. Often a lower quote is for a different part quality, a shorter warranty, or a different repair entirely — and sometimes it’s just a better price, in which case we’ll say so.
Ask us when you call at 972-442-0099 — we’ll walk you through what’s currently available. [Confirm current financing options before publishing.]
[Confirm accepted payment methods before publishing — typically cash, debit, and major credit cards.]
We generally don’t install customer-supplied parts, because we can’t warranty a component we didn’t source. The 2-year / 24,000-mile coverage depends on us controlling part quality.
We can give you a range for common jobs, but an honest number requires seeing the vehicle. We’d rather tell you “bring it by” than quote a number we’d have to change.
Bracketed items above need confirming with the shop before this page goes live.

Tell us what your vehicle is doing. We’ll tell you what it actually needs — and what it doesn’t.
