Double the industry standard, in writing, on most repairs we perform. Here’s exactly what that means — and what it doesn’t.

Most independent shops and most dealerships offer 12 months or 12,000 miles. That number isn’t arbitrary — it’s roughly how long a shop is willing to bet on the parts it chose and the diagnosis it made.
We offer twice that. Not because we’re braver, but because we do three specific things differently: we diagnose the actual cause before quoting, we spec OEM-quality parts even when a cheaper one would win the job, and we road-test to verify the symptom is gone before we call you. Fewer comebacks is what makes the longer promise affordable.
Most repairs across every system we work on — parts and labor both.
Timing components, gaskets, cooling system work and internal engine repair.
Solenoids, valve bodies, rebuilds and replacement units.
Pads, rotors, calipers, struts, control arms and steering components.
Compressors, condensers, blower motors and blend door actuators.
Alternators, starters, wiring repair and module work.
Belts, hoses, water pumps and scheduled service components.

Most repairs performed at Cityline — both the OEM-quality parts we install and the labor behind them — for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Normal wear items (brake pads, wiper blades, tires, filters consumed in service), customer-supplied parts, damage from abuse, collision or neglect, and repairs performed elsewhere. We tell you which category your specific repair falls into before we start.
Keep it, but we also keep a record on our end. Bringing the invoice speeds things up if you need to make a claim.
Call us at 972-442-0099 and bring the vehicle in. We’ll diagnose it at no charge and, if it’s related to work we performed within the coverage period, we’ll make it right.
Ask us at the time of service — we’ll tell you exactly how your specific repair is handled. It’s a genuine selling point on a used vehicle.
Because of what happens upstream of the warranty: we diagnose before we quote, we use OEM-quality parts, and we road-test to verify before the car goes back. Fewer comebacks means we can afford to promise more.
